Conditions of participation

Competition organised by SenseING GmbH

  1. Organiser
    The competition is organised by SenseING GmbH, Amalienstr. 79, 76133 Karlsruhe.
  2. Participation period
    The competition will take place as part of the ALTENPFLEGE trade fair in Nuremberg from 8 to 10 April 2025 at the SenseING GmbH stand (Hall 7, Stand 7-775). Participation is only possible on site.
  3. Eligibility to participate
    All adult visitors to the trade fair are eligible to participate. Employees of SenseING GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  4. Participation in the competition
    Participation takes place by appearing in person at the SenseING GmbH stand, spinning the wheel of fortune and completing the online entry form. Depending on the result, one or more „tickets“ are collected, which increase the chance of winning.
  5. Profit
    We are giving away 1 year's free use of automated temperature documentation for a care facility. The scope of services includes the free use of the SenseING solution including sensors, software access and cloud documentation to the agreed extent.
    Note: The offer is only valid for new customers of SenseING GmbH. Existing customers are excluded from the prize draw.
  6. Contract terms after profit
    The prize includes 1 year's free use of the SenseING temperature monitoring solution for a care facility. At the end of the free period, the prize becomes a paid subscription unless the winner cancels in writing at least 3 months before the end of the free period.

    Notification by SenseING GmbH with information on the conditions.

    The utilisation of the profit requires the approval of a corresponding contract.
  7. Profit determination & notification
    The draw will take place after the trade fair among all qualified participants. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone. If no response is received within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
  8. Privacy policy
    In the context of participation, personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition. Further information on data protection can be found at senseing.de/datenschutz (adjust link if necessary).
  9. Legal process & liability
    Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. SenseING reserves the right to terminate or change the competition prematurely in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
